There have been ups and downs like any company. However my time at Sabre has always been satisfying, challenging, and working with great people (for the most part). I was grateful for the leadership through COVID, and I am really excited about the future.

I enjoy interacting with our customers. And helping them achieve success

The transparency, they way they have navigated and continue to navigate the pandemic and the fall out from that.

My team cares about each other, even though we are remote. They are willing to step in and help.

I appreciate the flexibility of WFH and I feel that there are unique options within our health benefits to meet the ever changing world.

It would be my direct leadership culture. They set the tone and it trickles down. I feel very fortunate to work for them.

I very much enjoy my team and my leaders, but I most enjoy working with our customers and helping them with their cyber security needs.

We all seem to really care about one another and want to support each other in our jobs. We all celebrate successes and work through challenges together.

I think I am fairly paid, but the best part about my compensation package, which isn't really compensation is my direct leadership team. They make working at Sabre wonderful

Most people are kind and hard-working. I feel that is something that starts at the top and sets the tone. It feels we are all pretty much aligned and striving for the same common goals.

They continue to lead and navigate Sabre through difficult times and doing it with some success. I feel optimistic about the future and Sabre's position and feel our leadership team are the right individuals to move us forward with success.
