
company is ok, however department , how it's run is bad, favoritism - back-scratching

specify clear career path. better take care of "old" team members
lack of motivation . offer trainings, courses, career path, pay better
offer clear career path even to employees at the lowest level
clear career path, offers of some trainings, time for training as part of job
there is to much on our plate, no time to do anything , even talk with co-workers, no trainings, no career path in my department/location
new hires are paid better then me / people working in company for few years / with greater experience . Significant Increase of basic salary would make me feel better
