Attitude adjustments, morals, a sense of ownership and accountability for their actions. Until these items are met, I don't see how I can work better with my coworkers without their sense of accountability improving.

I do the work of multiple people, put in massive amounts of overtime, work 6.5 days a week to help deliver projects on time or as close to their deadlines as possible. Yet, I'm underpaid, undervalued and called critical to the team's success whenever it's convenient to push a narrative.
