
Great place to work, to meet with friendly people that are not competing with you but rather helping you to keep great interactions with customers. There is space for everyone. There are few folks that are not satisfied with the job but I interpret this more in a way that this is how they live.
Being here for 16 years, I see this relationship as a marriage. There are of course plenty of great things here that make me stay for longer. At the same time, things outside may be more attractive. Sometimes I question myself if I'm losing time in one single job but end up staying.I miss challenges

The possibility to break the routine. Working 8 hours a day but breaking in different periods. So I have time for family, for my well-being and also time to be focused and do my best work.
Looking at market it seems salaries are higher in other tech-companies. I also think sometimes it takes too long for a promotion with a good salary increase - being manager for 6 years and not so sure about chances to continue growing. It seems Sabre does not value middle management as it used to do
