We support and help each others. we don't work in silos but keep exchanging info not to duplicate efforts. we share glory and pain. We have a great manager that collate the team together. we work hard and play hard :)

Despite all efforts (like P25), problems tend to remain the same and struggling to get resolved: ability to stick to committed deadlines in product roadmaps (or too ambitious in setting a deadline), overengineering processes and tasks, slow time to market, always lagging behind Amadeus.
