The workplace is good. My personal experience is based mostly on my situation specifically, and my team being negatively impacted by their responsibilities. I want to believe the company is taking precautions to prevent issues my dept is affected by. Last 4 months do not support that belief...

put more care to the quality of their service as we are rewarded based on the quality of service delivered by team total

It is hard to tell, in fact my team is heavily impacted by the customers satisfaction level, but having no impact on the quality of the product updates other teams deliver. The leaders seem to be reactive and not proactive to our team needs.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The teams are promoted unequally. Some people get promoted based on the office location needs and in other offices the experienced workers are waiting for the promotion for another year and with no guarantee for the advancement, regularly working the duties of higher positions.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
I am caring less and less every day about the quality of service I provide. I don't feel my engagement would positively impact my personal situation. Putting effort and being successful in my work led me to more and more duties, not reflecting to promotion or financial gratification.
