We work as a team and the friendship, that is why so many of the team stay for so long, very hard to replicate.

In our area empowerment to make a difference, just needs to filter out so the empowerment interlinks between areas and knowledge is shared so we solve and build new solutions faster

The leadership team in recent years is now much more connected to the team as a whole especially as a result of leadership now being much more global based than in the past.

Of course salary is important but what has always been important to me loyalty , that is what Sabre did as much as possible over COVID. This has left us much better placed than a lot in the travel sector to grow now. So the loyalty as that is a two way thing and should work both ways!
