I believe the fact I work with people of different backgrounds. I always learn something new, learn about another culture. I am glad we are a global company

I was very excited when it was announced the week between Christmas and New Years is a permanent benefit. I always need to decompress at the end of the year.

My team works very closely together and back each other up when we need help or another opinion to make sure I am looking at all angles. We are spread across the globe so I get different perspectives.

While it's never guaranteed, I like the bonus. It helps me save more in the event of some unexpected incident comes up. It also allows me to pay extra on outstanding bills I have so I can be debt free when I retire.
