Started out good 6 years ago. Made a lot of friends at work. Now it's terrible as far as overworking, career growth, understaffed teams, motivation, salary and learning opportunities.
The work culture. We're all very happy to be working for a company like Sabre and it definitely shows.
We have each other's back, we all pull in the same direction and we truly enjoy working with each other.
Sharing quality time with coworkers and also when I'm in a peaceful and comfortably environment so I can feel like I'm doing my absolute best work.
I believe within their roles and how much they can share, they are as transparent as possible with Sabre employees and honesty goes a long way when it comes to the workplace.
My team is one of the things I value the most about working at Sabre. They are an incredible team of professionals and an amazing human group. I'm very happy to call a lot of them friends.
Having a better employee retention policy and career opportunities. No serious company has people stuck in the same roles for years and years. This has proven to be detrimental to companies growth. Leadership should play closer attention to employees feedback.
Going into the office is a long commute that nobody wants. We want to work remotely full time in all locations. Also not being paid a fair salary based on your expertise and constantly being overworked while also not being provided growth opportunities is very demotivating.
People are truly great. Everybody makes a point of making our work environment the best it can be and we all put in an effort to show up for our teams and our coworkers. It's nice to be able to make friends at work despite the "corporate hussle".
I'm severly underpaid based on the market and my experience. Also the promotions I was told I would have never materialized despite my great performance. I've been repeatedly calling out my management's attention to the matter yet nothing has changed. I want to be promoted and be paid fairly.
I believe I'm not fairly compensated for the workload and responsibilities I have. Since I joined Sabre +4 years ago my salary has had no changes and I've not been given the opportunity to be promoted. Getting a promotion and more help to better manage the worload would be great improvement for me.
