In comparison to other companies the compensation is not much higher but the responsabilities and issues of working in such a big company are.
There is poor alignment in the priorities that are being cascade from leaders to the people doing the work. Similar initiatives are being held without and overall view and alignment. Some initiatives are being asked as priority but then cancelled for other ones more important
