My manager, my director, VP are all very supportive and empowering. I trust them and I know we are on the right path. They communicate with us when needed but aren't overbearing. They care and promptly discuss/address issues when brought to their attention, and are never condescending.

There is always the possibility of being let go and it is forever looming but it's been that way for awhile now so I just feel blessed I can put in a solid days work and contribute as best as I can and be appreciated it for it.

Having a management team that is, knowledgeable, empowering, receptive, challenging and yet supportive.

Management taking the time to work with the staff members and helping elevate and motivate each and every team member.

The ability to get things done and manage my day by working with peers and other areas in a respectful and positive manner.

Daily scrums and scheduled team meetings. They allow for sharing and exchanging information in a non-hostile, encouraging and they are empowering and informative.

No one blames anyone - We take time to understand the issue or problem and we come together to solve it and we all learn from it.

The paid holidays although it would be helpful to also have paid sick time instead of having to use up all personal days first for surgeries, recovery and such.

Transparency and communication. They let us know what is being done and what's going on and where we want to go and then they address questions in meetings, assorted open exchange sessions, and via email.

The people. We are all different and come from different backgrounds and places and all have different customs, holidays, beliefs, likes and dislikes and yet, we are so good together and are so supportive and effective because of it.

I use my spouse's benefits because they have a lower deductible and don't charge as much as Sabre - this saves Sabre thousands of dollars - and I think there should be some offset or option to opt in and out of benefits.

I appreciate we get raises and we have the vcp. I find these are great, motivating and validates our contributions. I don't take advantage of health benefits here so I wish Sabre provided an offset for not making Sabre pay anything to insure me.

Helpful, caring, trustworthy (and trusting), always willing to step up or assist even if it's not in their realm, communicative, supportive and encouraging. We are like family. I appreciate the strengths we've built by staying together on the same team, growing, learning, and bonding year after year

We all work well together, respect each other & help each other. We learn from each & share openly and we know our boss will stand behind us so we stand behind each other, too. We push ourselves & each other & look for ways to improve & grow. Plus, we're all kind & supportive like family.
