Sabre has been a wonderful place to work, I enjoy my work, I'm always learning. My manager is amazing and respects my work life balance. I like how executive management are transparent and forthcoming with information. I have great colleagues. I just wish I made a higher hourly wage.

I would like a higher salary to keep up with inflation and the market. I really like Sabre as a company and the people I work with are beyond amazing, but it's getting hard to pay for things.

Sabre values the employee which also means they value the work life balance. I enjoy the WFA policy, which allows me to have a work life balance. I can still take my kids to school and pick them up yet still be available for my duties at work.

The culture is positive and respectful. Coming back into the workforce after being a stay at home mom, I can't tell you how much I value the company's position on WFA. This allows me to me a mother to my growing children, but also a valuable contributor to Sabre's success. It's really a win win!
