Recognition is based on who shouts louder and is closer to DFW. Competency in term of experience, value added where most needed and consistency is delivering is often overlooked if one is not shouting loud or lives in Southlake.

Sean Menke has been and is an extremely competent, visionary , transparent and great communicator. Yet to make up my mind on Kurt (too soon to express any opinion) but certainly hope he is making the right decisions.
