My experience with Sabre year to date has been a great journey for many years to come. With my current Manager, she/he micro manages the Team. Notes there are many on line meetings and Sales should focus on Sales and interact with their Business Partners. Face to Face is very important.

The Company values their employees on the front line. However, on the sideline the Executive have their own plan. Company shares insecure Job security. Travel ban, Hiring Freeze. Currently if there is a Travel ban, why do the Executive travel in Business Class and stay at 5 Star Hotels?

The Base Salary is acceptable. SIP should be always be discussed prior with the Team Member before sharing. Team Member has the knowledge of the Market

Being transparent. Lately comments had been made, if target will not being achieved, drastic measurements will be taken into consideration. This message does not motivate the employees.

Even we have different cultures within the company, each other respects each other. Our Team supports each other. If a Team Member does not have the answer, we as a Team support each other.....

The positive Sabre culture prioritizes the teamwork, Good communication and interaction among coworkers and managers. . These factors improve how well a team collaborates on projects. because team members may feel more comfortable and willing to ask for help.

Salary is based on the Market Condition. Incentive scheme are reasonable. What I am missing is, how does Sabre Proceed if an employee past away, the employee was the main bread giver toward the immediate family? How does Sabre support in this case the family financially?
