to have time for growth and training which is currently not possible because of amount of work and initiatives. invest in people knowledge not only technical but also domain Dev team have time for constant training about new technologies, in Product we don't have such opportunity.

The comments below are more about leadership team above my manager. Be more interested in travel domain and not constantly repeating that everything is too complex Know people better React quicker when we escalate no time for analysis, because of enormous number of meetings and dev team demand
