I read a lot about SRE and tech transformation, but from inside it looks like we do everything to stick to outdated processes in many cases, which may lead company to kind of dead end at some point.

I'm forced to work for 2-3 people and still being paid for 1. Compensation should be higher or workload should be decreased and distributed among more team members.

Too much work spread among not enough people as an effect of planning everything in Excel only. Outdated complex processes should be revised, not applied forcefully to new solutions just because it's been working for last 30 years.
