Better structure and planning, before executing what is needed to be done. Wish that some of the work was more challenging and with the possibility to work with newer technology
They are the hardest working team and even when workload is extreme we make sure to keep the commitments we have. And they still keep up moral even though, rewards and recognition from the company only keeps going to teams that works with new enhancement or features.
Overwork the employees. Not over committing to clients and due to bad planning, letting the employees take the hit. Clear definition and roles as that seems to not be kept, changes based on what seems fit at the moment. Promotion is non existing, have to apply for a new position within the company
Not getting the correct title and position, still you have to preform the work for it. Bonus levels are the lowest in the market until you become an executive. No change or retaining talent as there is no incentive, like equity. That will make at least a person stay for 2 years or more.
