
I feel that upper management makes the effort to engage its employees. They put themselves out there in front of employees, participating in events and showing us a bit of their personal side, giving everyone the opportunity to ask them questions they project transparency and openness.

People are being hired for more money than long term employees. we have lots of experience and are loyal to the company but raises don't keep up with incoming salaries and inflation.
