care more about the people that is already at the company, than then ones they need to attract. Sometimes i feel they focus a lot on attracting new people, which is imperative for the companies' goal, but forget about the people already working here by not correcting wages or burning them out
I don't like going to the office, at least I don't like to be forced to go to the office, and also, I am currently bored at my job. I think I could be doing so much more for this company, and instead, I am here succeeding at what I do, but bored.
