It's been great so far! I've only been with the company about 4 months, but I feel like it's been way longer. I am expecting my 3rd child here soon and they've been so supportive the whole way through (allowing me to work remotely, throwing me a baby shower). It's been great!

I've been at Sabre for nearly a year now. It's been a smooth year and I've already experienced so many different things. We've had system changes which provide good learning opportunities. I've met so many different people.

The total package is great. Good base salary + annual bonus. Matching 401K is one of the best I've seen, as well.

This is a huge tie between the 401k match at 6% and the 12 weeks of parental leave for both mom's and dad's.

Everyone seems to really get along and be supportive of each other. I've rarely encountered anyone that exudes negativity. Everyone is positive, for the most part, and extends grace despite mishaps or mistakes.

We always have fun together when we are in the office, but they are also understanding of unique circumstances that require you to work remotely. They are supportive of life's many hardships, changes, and circumstances.

Everyone is easy to talk to and whenever we do get together, we laugh a lot. They are also willing to help out and cover you if things come up personally. Everything really is a team effort vs focusing on the individual.

I absolutely love getting to make great offers to external candidates and have them accept & become a part of the Sabre family. It makes me really happy when they are bought in to what Sabre is doing and want to make an impact here.

They are driven to make sure Sabre is always improving vs staying stagnant in the market. They are transparent about how Sabre is doing financially. They remain dedicated to innovation. They all have a winning mentality and want that same mentality to trickle down through their teams.

We all have each other's backs and are supportive and understanding of one another's unique circumstances and differences. We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, & the many other things that happen in life outside of work! We always have fun and laugh / smile when we are together.

The leadership team is willing to adapt and change with the times. They are not stuck in their ways and are open to innovation & change. They understand that without it's people, Sabre wouldn't be able to operate and it's reflective in the way they care about their employees.

I really do enjoy being at the office, but when I do need to work remotely (for any extended period of time) they are supportive of that. I really am happy when I get to interact with my teammates in person or on video. They make me laugh & smile and forget the challenges we all sometimes face.
