The people, the many forums and groups which I can join, the fact that I can BE myself and no one judges me, my accent or where I come from.

It is so fast paced and busy there is no time to get bored, but we are all focused and aiming to move forwards as a team, the fact I can use Teams to approach anyone within Sabre is fantastic and never been let down by anyone.

I work from home (which I love and gives me the flexibility I need to take care of my daughter) but we have a lot of team meetings which really helps to connect to my team and feel a real sense of team work, I feel included in all aspects of the business.

The fact that not two days are the same, I don't know what to expect and get challenged everyday to learn something new or do things I've never done before. I'm using my brain! (unlike my last job) and the amount of things I have learnt makes me feel so proud of myself.

They speak "Plain English" so every employee, no matter which role they do, can understand clearly all what is currently happening, our goals and what is expected from us, I have always felt they are very human and don't get their heads above the clouds because of where they sit in Sabre. Love it!
