As a former intern and relatively new member of the Sabre team, I feel that Sabre does a wonderful job of facilitating meaningful networking within the corporation. I think we need to do a much better job of recruiting and especially retaining young talent.

My workload should be compensated more competitively. Other corporations that are similar in size and industry are compensating their employees with my same level of work and knowledge better than Sabre.
