Overall good. However, a lack of organization, knowledge and good quality management drives high-value employees outside of the company. Which limits the pool of good people to improve the company. This makes significant progress very difficult to reach and surpass our goals.

My current team is quite mediocre. But the teams I've been a part of are usually very self-supporting, nurturing teams that help each other improve and have each other's backs.
