SPS hires great people across the board so no matter who you're next to they're probably great

SPS does hire really great people so almost everyone I have worked with or just met has been great.

The managers are always on our side and they make me feel like they care about me as a person.

The human aspect of interacting with my coworkers and when a project goes off really well and the customers are super happy.

I've worked 100% remotely as well as hybrid and I've felt just as supported and a part of the team no matter what.

Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help you succeed honestly going out of their way to do nice things for one another.

Getting to connect with people on my team and when I have a customer that's really great to work with and is okay with being flexible.

I feel for the amount that we're understaffed that we should make more. I moved internally but definitely on my previous team, there is too much demanded without fair compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone actually cares about each other and we really support everyone that we work with. I know that I have support no matter what and we also do fun team events.

Everyone has different backgrounds so the conversations never get boring, everyone has a good attitude, I get the opportunity to connect with people that I probably wouldn't have crossed paths with otherwise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we're often pulling overtime and coming up with solutions for problems that are above our paygrade. I'm an associate consultant and I absolutely do the work of a Consultant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They hire literally the best people in the world. It's rare to meet someone who is rude, doesn't pull their weight, throws you under the bus, etc. on any team across the entire company

Even though it's a large company it still has the feel of a smaller one where execs are accessible and our managers and team are people I'd actually spend time with outside of the job.

Everyone cares about you as a human being and every single person on my team would step in to help if I ever needed it, plus everyone is extremely hard working, kind and bring fun to the work day.

I've never had friends at work before but now I do, I genuinely feel like everyone has my back and we all work together to get a solution. Everybody is just generally really fun and easy to get along with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting treated as a human being, being encouraged to move around internally at SPS (all of my managers have waned to help me move forward not keep me on the same team forever if I wanted to explore something new) and my friends at work.
