
I would like to get a promotion that sticks. Not get a promotion and have it then given to every new person that joins the company. The pay is also very much below the industry and vertafore just doesn't care. That is why people are leaving left and right.
Saying what they mean and meaning what they say. To have someone work 4 years to create a position that reflects a promotion, to then turn around and have everyone who is hired on that team have the same title is a slap in the face and shows how little this company cares about their employees.
