I've been promoted twice since I've joined the company. Though there are times during staffing issues where it can be difficult to get someone's time for assistance. However, most of the time everyone is happy to help each other.

On my way to my first interview, Kristi Schmitt let me call in and reschedule because I was in a car accident. That set the tone for what has been a friendly, supportive work environment. I appreciate the comradery my managers foster. I enjoy the opportunity to mix tech and customer skills.

Although I almost didn't make it to my interview way back when due to a car accident on the way. I really appreciated the manager's willingness to reschedule. I see my colleagues and myself moving up through the year. My managers have always been very understanding and kind, as have my coworkers

I feel they value work-life balance, and don't seem to jump on the same trains I see other CEOs doing. That is, big lay-offs or sweeping changes to how we work.

We get along well in general. Everyone is eager to help each other out. There is no cattiness or drama between people on my team. We all want to do right by the company and our customers.

Coworkers and leaders are positive and helpful. Life outside of work is important, and I have never been made to feel guilty for being sick (or needing PTO). My managers have been supportive in my career. Also, the flexibility to work from home, not worrying about what is going on at home.
