They are always willing to help, and are genuinely nice people.
Easing off some of what I believe to be pointless performance metrics would help. It feels like you have to sacrifice quality to hit some of the efficiency goals, which makes me less proud of what I do.
Better pay, and for Denver employees, cover parking completely. With the lower salary it's a hard pill to swallow having to pay that. RTD is unreliable so driving is the only way to ensure you are on time. If you require people to be in the office on certain days, you should cover their parking.
