Working at GE is a continous challenge which pays off. It's complex demanding but it's also rewarding, I have grown personally and professionally in a way I could not expect 7 years ago. There are always things to improve but it's an amazing place to work at.

My salary has continuously raised on a yearly basis since I joined. Which boosts the motivation

Too many things, too many calls, too many emails, very difficult to priotitize properly without working extra hours

Clear strategy, continuous follow up and as transparent as possible. Always thinking how to report to investors but also how to take care of employees.

Very diverse team and culture. Working with colleagues from Australia, Dubai, US, or chile is really encouraging. Our culture is open to different opinions which is always interesting
