Everyone is very supportive of each other and pitches in anytime anyone needs some thing. There is nothing toxic about this group. All very positive and healthy

Literally everyone is supportive and I feel in a safe place to make decisions and take risks that allow us to grow as a company. People truly care about people. I'm proud to work here.

I do executive recruiting and I am very proud to tell our story and confident that if great people join our company they will have opportunities to have a positive impact on the world and grow their careers in a positive and supportive way
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work with our executive team directly and have been here for one year. I see them as an inclusive, respectful, humble and inspiring group of leaders. They hold themselves as accountable as they do their teams. They challenge themselves every day to improve. I've never been a part of such a support
