As that has changed a lot in the past few years, it is now that we can work from home and everyone tries to accommodate schedule/timezone issues, power outages, etc. So better than others, but everyone is trying and that is obvious.
There are a few amazing leaders in GE that are both visionary, technically focused, and can build and keep a strong team. We need more of these leaders and less of the old school types hidden in the boardroom who think they only know everything.
