I like my coworkers, I liked selling, hated hourly customer service service. Upper management thinks they are so much better than everyone else and they should learn how to be friendlier if they want the respect of those working underneath them.

Not paid enough at all...I worked in sales and an hourly customer service position and each time, pay was below average. I am in a position now where I'm customer service, logistics, LP, janitorial, etc and I get basically bottom of the barrel pay. It is unfair and says a lot.
