What are some of the best things about your team?
There doesn't seem to be a need for anyone to 'one up' another person, our personalities mostly mesh well together, and we get our work done individually and as a team without taking ourselves too seriously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My direct supervisor praises my work often, most which far exceeds my job description, but does not seem to feel the need to give me a more accurate title and pay to reflect my work. My duties make my position 1 of 1 and should be valued as such.
