Bell: My overall experience at Bell has been awful to say the least. being called Anti-gay slang words has made me very depressed and discouraged. If I didn't have a brain disease and needed the money, I would have left.

There was organisational changes this year that was not well managed, causing issues pschological safety issues due to the top-down non-consultative approach.

Leviton: Overall, it could be better. I've not been here that long but from what I've seen the management team needs works. There are even some that shouldn't be in that position. The job itself is easy. It's not the job that I dislike its the way it is ran.

World Market: My manager did not handle a customer with OUT a mask properly. I asked if I can refuse my right to give service to the customer with out a mask and the manager said No. Although I still did walk away.

Bell: I came from a construction background where I spent 12 years working for a contractor and some on my own, so the transition to Bell was a real blessing for me. I don't think I would have been given that chance these days. I enjoy feeling relatively secure and not worried about layoffs.
Bell: I have too much invested in Bell to leave at this point, the company has removed any incentive to move from my current position. As to move now could potentially lose everything I've worked 26 years for. If I have a question, concerning my job there is no one to ask, my concerns fall on deaf ears.

Something happened in the last few months that has management pushing very hard on moving all engineers supporting commercial programs to the substandard / overcrowded accommodations at the CBC. It is like something out of the 1950's.
