Bell: After the honeyoon period ended, I was able to see just how unfair the lower level of management can be. I come in and do my best work each day and go home. In my experience, Bell has not been all bad, but the negative has outweighed the positive. The ELT that I have encountered have been nice.

Bell: Extremely challenging given the market conditions and revenue decline. Executive team open to and encouraging change. The company is changing for the better by trying to build a stronger culture. We still need to improve execution and that hasn't permeated down yet.
Bell: I have been extremely satisfied with my new position and opportunities at Bell. It is a great place to work!

Bell: I have been with the company more than two decades and I have seen a lot of changes during that time, none of which as positive as when Mitch took over as CEO. I was preparing to leave until his appointment changed my mind. When Mitch took over, I knew we would go in the right direction.

Bell: its been great working here for the last 17 years

Bell: Good pay, decent benefits, lots of work to do, but often annoyingly bureaucratic. Seems like they have the want to shift towards the future.
Bell: Very happy. It was an easy transition from my prior job.
Sport Clips: Superficial people, sub-par work environment. You will constantly be given more "responsibility" with no increase in pay. Sport Clips is a big brand that's run like a small business. The employee infrastructure is just not there. Wasn't there before COVID either.
Bell: The leadership team ensures they know each and every employee working beneath them.
Bell: Challenging but rewarding and fulfilling.
Sport Clips: Amazing company to be part of. The Founder & CEO treat everyone like family. They do whatever it takes to keep the company and employees happy and moving forward.
Bell: Vacation policy and PTO policy
Athleta: It is a company that preaches inclusion and belonging. That was not my personal experience over this past year. As a GM, I did not receive that from my DM. There is also a lack of support or follow up from HR.
Sport Clips: I love working here. I have full support from my manager, and I have the latitude to innovate and make decisions.
Sport Clips: It is part of my identity, part of my life, way more than just a job, even though it's a great job there is way more to it than that.
Bell: I would say on the manufacturing side it is okay, you don't receive any of the perks that other groups receive but people perceive you as having worked at some of the tougher jobs of the company.

Bell: The challenges and finishing projects.

Bell: we work together to better our department
Bell: Solving problems and learning new ways to do it.
Bell: The culture has changed over the last 16 years. It may just be the group that I am working in now, but it is no longer every man for themselves.
Bell: I've had a good history of great managers over the years, and usually poor upper leadership. The COVID response has exposed some of the poorest leadership & communication possible, and is seriously damaging the company and morale.
Bell: I fit in well to this group of very brilliant, hard working, innovative people that care about each other and the customer
Bell: A great company with a bit of a sluggish culture. I suppose that could be construed as laid back
Bell: Interesting, challenging, engaging, and pushing me to grow. I am also surrounded by people with great depth of knowledge and experience to learn from.

Bell: Strong sense of belonging, ability to grow (even if slowly), and having a good time contributing.

Bell: I am very grateful and appreciative to be a part of the Bell Team. I have travelled to multiple locations and have enjoyed all of the opportunities this company has provided. I am looking forward to the years to come.
Bell: I have enjoyed working here for many years, however we put more value on soft skills and education rather than experience and determination to be successful as a company.
Bell: We respect one another and our difference of opinions. We keep comments about polarizing issues out of the workplace.
Bell: We care about each other.
Bell: After nearly 35 years, I still enjoy coming to work every day.
Bell: I was told multiple times by my supervisor and management that we would get a substantial raise when we moved to Class 2. Upon moving to class two I found out that was a lie. lost a little bit of trust/faith from me there. Other than that it's overall been a very positive and challenging job!
Bell: Overall Working here has been an up and down hill. There are moments in time where as a company the mentality has shifted in a positive direction and then with certain leadership changes it completely turns around and go downhill rapidly.
Bell: Our experience with COVID has shown us that the ELT cares much more about the bottom line than the lives and well being of individual contributors. The working conditions they are forcing the commercial team into are unsafe and the recent accomodations are only to shield the bottom line
Bell: this is the best company I have worked in 10 years, good people, pay very fair.
Bell: Overall Bell is a great place to work. We have meaningful work that impacts our nations hero's, the military and first responders.

Bell: Well-paying job at a good American company...those are increasingly rare these days. More good days then bad. Alot of honest, hard working people. A few bad apples.
Bell: Bell is wonderful and I have always thought of Bell as being a leader in the industry, however I don't think the leadership team talks enough with the ground pounders or the wrenches in the trenches to get feedback and report that back up to the chain of command.
Bell: very good company, always working hard to bring jobs to company.
Bell: I came to Bell after retiring early from another aerospace company. From day 1 I've felt valued and received much support as I came up to speed with the company processes. I've been impressed with the work culture at Bell and have attempted to do help mentor my co-workers as I have been mentored .

Bell: Bell has provided a great work environment, ample opportunites to work in different places and iun diferent rolls. I have always felt that Bell ultimatly has my back.

Bell: I have been allowed and encouraged to advance to multiple roles since joining the company. Each step of the way I have been greeted with a good support structure and people truly invested in my development.

Bell: This is the best company I have worked for in my 40 years of working.
Bell: Overall its good, it clear that diversity is encouraged, I just do not feel that its followed by all departments. I think the things Bell is doing secures a good place for the company in the future and feel secure in my role. Even on terrible days, I have people in leadership I can talk to.
Bell: Great place to work awesome Benefits

Bell: Its been a wonderful five years and rewarding.

Bell: I started off as a mechanic for Line Crew. I then was promoted to Avionics Technician 1, and have loved being in Avionics. I am able to challenge myself, and still have the comfort of a great group of guys to teach me. Even though sometimes you might get overwhelmed. My coworkers are there to help.

Bell: It has been the best company that I have ever worked for. Love the 9/80 schedules.
Bell: My experience has been excellent. We've had our ups & downs. I have become a better skilled employee and the company has become a better employer. In order for an employee to love their job the employer has to love the employees. Nothing good comes from a place people hate to work.
Bell: If I had been asked this question pre-Covid, I would have said that I love my job and this company. That I'm so proud of what we do to help our military and the world at large. But I have been so disappointed with the way we've handled the pandemic, that it's hard to say that any longer.
Bell: very knowledgeable and a can do attitude.
Bell: Great! I feel that the company offers me enough resources for my personal career development. My coworkers are awesome and great to get along with. There is no sense of competition, but rather always doing work to life each other up.

Bell: While my first few years of employment at Bell were positive, the past year I've felt the culture and leadership take a sharp turn for the worse. The lack of transparency and major disconnect between leadership and employees make it difficult to proudly tell people that I work for Bell
Bell: It's been a great ride! I've had opportunities to promote numerous times and have accepted new roles over time. I am very happy with my current role. The people I work with are really good people and there's a family-like atmosphere at my workplace. It's as good as it gets, in my opinion.
Bell: Bell is an active, fun, and rewarding place to work hard while also supporting colleagues while they also try to achieve a lot for themselves while working at Bell

Bell: short term cash based compensation package
Bell: My best way is to give an analogy. We are like the long lost friend who one day shows back up in your life and you become very close friends again and start doing everything together. We are being accepted so well from everyone at Bell
Bell: Bell provides the resources needed to ensure your success if you put in the work and have the motivation to see your products take flight.
Bell: Bell has a fading "old boys club" culture that still exists but is being pushed out. Particularly in the engineering/manufacturing world, it's still relatively strong. Some leaders are pushing hard to change this, but the leaders all need to step up and change the culture.

Bell: I recently transferred from Textron Aviation, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the new opportunities and challenges that my new job offers.
Bell: There are a lot of good people at Bell. Good and smart people. The company has so much potential. It's going to take the good people standing up to the bad no matter how many levels they are above them to improve the culture and overall profitability of the company.
Bell: In the early parts of my career it was awesome to watch the growth and the hiring of additional team members and as of late it becomes harder to be positive watching veteran employees leaving the company and the company focusing on bring in new talent.
Bell: I love this place. I look forward to walking in the gate every day. I believe the V-22 is the safest aircraft in the world when it leaves Amarillo. The parts shortages are dissapointing and I don't feel like management is able to do anything about it.

Bell: I've held several roles at Bell. Some have been very stressful, some easy, some good and some bad. I feel Bell has given me the grace to grow and find what works for me as a professional and what doesn't. If you do well, then people want you to work for them. I am thankful for all experiences.
Bell: VERY good, however the unnecessary rounds of audit reviews for Supply Chain actions are contentious and after 4th or 5th round, No Value Added.
Bell: I have been constantly challenged at Bell with impactful projects that have grown in scope and magnitude along with my career. Nothing is cooler than our products either!
Bell: We all do our jobs.
Bell: We work great together. Everyone helps each other out.

We are working on projects that will help people in a positive way and that makes me proud to work here.

Bell: Transparency and willingness to change and listen.
Bell: pretty average so far due to corona

In the past, I recommended the company to university classmates, excited for them to maybe work here. Now? I wouldn't do that
Bell: It's been great. I've been in several areas, but the nature of the work and the possibilities when we win FLRAA/FARA are immense.
Bell: My experience here has been very positive.
Bell: The people is what makes working at Bell great.
Bell: They listen to the concerns of all members of the team.
Bell: Putting the health and welfare of employees first.
Bell: Its been great and look forward to seeing what the future holds for Bell and my team.
Bell: Bell has rewarded me highly and has given me and my family opportunities to do things I could never have done with my previous employer.
