The pace of work - the pressure to deliver is there but it is applied in a very reasonable way as compared to other companies I've worked at. Good strong people focus and caring about not overloading people.

Getting good outcomes, with a happy team. In previous companies I see too many people getting stressed, angry and unhealthy environments are created. Here there is a good focus on looking after the people, and if something needs to slip, then it slips, with good strong communication around it.
Feels like we're in a period of change. I've only been here a year, but from what I hear from inside & outside the company, a few years ago we seemed very focussed on the dollars. However now the focus seems to be on driving forward science & healthcare, with the dollars as the side product.
