My overall experience is positive. Sabre's a nice place to work. However in terms of delivering state-of-art software, keeping promises to customers, investing in new tech and contributing to customers' success, lots needs to be improved. Otherwise no job at Sabre will not be 100% satisfactory.

I haven't been promoted since I joined Sabre almost 5 years ago. Also, yearly salary increases don't seem to be fair considering my involvement, passion, engagement, commitment, accountability and my valued contribution to Sabre's success.

They need to represent Sabre values, such as accountability, transparency, rigor and passion. They should be more customer-focused, instead of being project-focused, which doesn't always mean a satisfied customer. Happy customer translates into Sabre's success.
