I feel like I am on the low spectrum in terms of salary for my level position, and once all employee paid benefits are paid... I don't feel I bring home enough to sustain

I feel as if I am not up to market rate. I have turned down offers of 6 figures while in my current position due to being bought in to my company goals and culture. However, I feel my pay is lacking compared to market. I would like to see this change in the future.
