Sabre is a good place to work. They care about their employees. The most frustrating part is that I've had 6 supervisors in 9.5 years, but I've been on the same product 8.5 of those years.

Overall Sabre has been good to me. Except for the first 9 months of 2024, I have been happy with my work and my team. I am on a new team, but my new supervisor seems promising to be a good one.

They seem fairly competent. Most are personable.

I like feeling successful and appreciated.

I love problem solving for others so that they can get their job done.

My teammates are kind and understanding. They are helpful and try to do their best.

I love that Sabre cares about its employees and supports those that have a family.

My teammates work hard and are committed to the products even though their future is tenuous.

I love that our company is family friendly and allow employees to work at home at least some of the time.

I love directing my project and the work that is done on it. I love being the SME for my products as well.

I think the execute team as a whole is a good group of men and women who care about their employees and are doing their best to lead the company in trying times.

I am very impressed with our CEO. He is the best I have ever had. He seems to genuinely care about ALL of his employees and has been able to turn Sabre around in the several years he has been here.

I don't know my coworkers very well yet. They are all based out of India and I feel like we have lots of communication problems because of a language and culture barrier. I hope it will improve the longer I work with them.

My manager has made it clear that due to the fact that the rest of my team is in another work location that I will not be promoted even though I deserve it. I suspect my supervisor doesn't like managing me because I am in another work location than everyone else.

I love that Sabre cares about its employees and supports those of us who are parents and recognizes that our families are important to us. Even before COVID, my coworkers were understanding of my children in the background on phone calls and were still respectful of me. This has only improved since.

I haven't gotten a decent raise since Covid. I was up for a promotion as I had received a far exceeds expectations, but all promotions were canceled then. Since then I was stuck on Polish teams where it was made clear to me that I would never get a promotion. I am finally on a new team. We'll see.

COVID kept me from getting the pay raises I had earned, and left me as the SME for my team, but my team is on the other side of the globe. I have been told that it is impossible to promote me within the team. I feel cut off from them. I want to travel to meet them, and I want my earned pay raises.
