From a culture perspective we've gone from very "old school" to modern practice(s) very quickly. Very refreshing.

Understand the bonus plan is based on company performance but after that there is a secondary criteria which is very opaque and decisions are made by persons who do not have clear insight to performance. It becomes a giant crap shoot.
