For a long time it was every nine months there was a reorganization, and you could never tell who was going to be laid off - sometimes it seemed punitive. We no longer have those and it shows in the way the team responds to working.
Things have improved within the Sabre culture since Sean took over the role - he genuinely works for the betterment of the team, as does his team. I do think that we hire outsiders at the higher levels of the company, who move in, make a splash (that doesn't last) and then leave.
