Sabre is a really good company to work for. I've been with Sabre for 7 years. This is the 3rd CFO and there's been a lot of changes on the E-team. Overall, I fell we're in a very good place to rebuild and rebrand inside out. Sabre RED!!

I have a lot of responsibility managing 2 global teams and I know market value is much higher than Sabre. I feel my manager values what I'm do for Sabre. Market value for compensation would make me feel better.

I feel undervalued because the pay is different for tendered employees vs. new employee (post-covid). I have a lot of responsibilities and my compensation is under market average for my responsivities. Reevaluating compensation to align with market value.
