
It's been a good run-growing, learning, contributing-but the culture seems to be turning meaner. Ex: New execs are all Remote, but team members with 2+ hour commutes are expected to come into the office for 'optics.' It's only the little people who have to experience a negative work/life balance.

My salary is significantly below Market/Middle of range. I would feel better if it was more in line with Market and the level of work I do
