I have been at Sabre for many years and always enjoyed and was proud about the company, but these past months I am not feeling vauable and heard. Also I am a bit afraid of the future of my carreer.

Been at Sabre for many year. I do love my job and the company, but conditions described before as lack of genuine concern with some employees (level 1 and 2) desmotivates and also challenges selling the products as they no longer align with customer needs and lack market-ready features.

the sense of collaboration and teamwork with most of the team. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas and support each other, which creates a very inclusive and innovative environment. Also Sabre is a very trustfull and solid company.

To feel better about my compensation, I need to feel like a valued part of the team, without any differences in treatment and sales credits. Improved management practices that foster a supportive and inclusive environment would greatly enhance my ability to succeed.

Everything about leadership. Need to be trained, need to better do and execute strategies, need to understand how to approach each individual at the team, need to act equaly with everyone. Need to defend and fight for its team. It does not happen as there is insecurity and weakness.Needs preparation

Lack of local marketing, lack of operational team to speak local language, lack of local solution for the region, unabling the team to sell all of the products and many times even decline the sale of products due to lack of functionality. Less sale, less revenue and less comission to employee.

Is it very bureaucratic, with many calls to attend during the week. Also the tool (SF) and process from beginnig to an end to sell to a costumer is very slow, with obstacles in local prices, 3/4 people to approve deals, contract dept approving agrs. within 3 business days, not practical and quickly
