At the same time I notice that accountability level is low and there is little attention given to the culture of accountability and delivery. Many important decisions are cascade down verbally rather than through proper email communication

Compensation is relatively low so is VCP which is much below what other comparable companies offer. Merit increase has been postponed which is difficult minding the high inflation. The justification that was provided doesn't seem convincing.
