Sabre is a good place to work. I believe in the company, our mission and our products. We really struggle to keep up with competition due to lack of development funding. We have made some poor acquisitions that have not paid off. Hopeful for a more stable environment free of RIFs.
Knowlege and thirst to be bigger and better.
The challenges that I get to work on every day.
I have the opportunity to be challenged and grow each day
Employees of Sabre are very passionate about their work and mutual success.
Commitment to our success. My direct leadership team is incredibly supportive and provide good insight into direciton.
They are usually clear and open with the direction of the company and how we will achieve our goals.
We do not provide compensation that allows us to attract and retain talent in the market. I think we could be more with less if we had stronger people.
We have a strong desire to be and do better each day. We have long been a market leader. We lost that a bit over the years but I do believe in the company and our vision.
Flexibility. I work remote and value the opportunity to do so. If I was closer to an office, I would not have issue with working in the office more. I think Sabre has come a long way with the ERGs and the culture is one that allows employees to thrive.
Undervalued is a stretch. Yes or No answer made that question difficult. I think the company does a lot to retain me, afterall I am here and glad to be, however the company constantly goes through cycles that are very challenging as an employee and it can be difficult to maintain trust /positvity
