High school! Everything seems ok, but on the other hand; people are favored if they sell their soul to the company, as if the devil was CEO. They should take care of the workers who do the actual work. Pay should be better than minimum.

The supervisor and team leads say that you are a good, but its transparent. I understand, that in the hiring proccess the pay is minimum but if you work more that the 90 period, pay should go up.

The team I am apart of helps each other out. We all understand what the goal is and we all know what the flow of the production proccess ahould be like in ordwr to not only makes goals, but also not be selfish.
