What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be humans and be closer to their teams. They need to review the practice of the HR and the Managers and make sure that what they have as policies on papers and brochures are executed on the ground. The reality is that managers are doing what is for their best, not that of the company.

They need to stop being greedy with their million dollar salaries and bonuses and give the money to the little people that really do the day to day work.

The fact that the raise is below the inflation and discrimination in promotions.
