The company prioritizes the wellbeing and interests of its employees. I appreciate how many opportunities there are for professional development there are.

Employee recognition is frequent, everyone is approachable and willing to talk, hierarchy exists but everyone will help everyone no matter their "status."

They are present often. They show up to events, they participate in meetings-- we know who they are and they know who we are.

Everyone is willing to help. People also have the general attitude that everyone is trying to contribute positively so if someone makes a mistake, people come to their aid rather than scold them.

They care about their work and our employees. They are always willing to spare time to help or to answer questions. I've never met anyone at SPS who is not generous with their time.
