All are very approachable. Company is run like a small company - and that is a good thing.

The people are well meaning and very nice. The work life balance is great - don't mess with the work from home strategy in place.

Small company feel - but that is a negative too. They talk about wanting to do things different because they need to but there is resistance to that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is very responsive and very capable. Can't say the same about other depts in our business unit. Other areas tend to only be responsive when they need something from you, and there is a "not my problem" attitude.
