Their ability to listen and make changes in real time. What once was a glacial pace (even for a large international corporation) is now adapting to quickly changing direction based on feedback from their internal customers along with external customers.
While the pay is low and salaried employees can quickly be underpaid compared to hourly employees in the same department, the time off (even as a new employee) is great. The ability to really create a work/life balance is something that has been difficult to find to this extent in other companies.
